The High Efficiency Grinders are a leap forward in the industry, offering up to 70% energy savings over conventional grinder configurations. This is achieved using an energy-efficient, low-dust dual auger system that expels regrind material, as well as incremental feeding of flash allowing the grinder to run in low power much of the time. The vertical auger design not only contributes to energy efficiency but also optimizes floor space usage, making these grinders an excellent choice for facilities where space is at a premium.
Safety and operational stability are paramount in the design of these grinders. They feature a hydraulic operation of the top shoot for blade access, which eliminates injuries caused by sudden control loss when opening or closing. Additionally, a standard water-cooling system keeps the cutting chamber cool when feeding large amounts of hot flash, ensuring consistent performance and longevity of the grinder. For environments where dust and static are a concern, dedusting and anti-static options are available. Rest assured, these grinders meet all current safety and electrical requirements, making them a reliable and efficient choice for your grinding needs.
