We offer two main types of conveyors to enhance your plant’s efficiency. Our first type, TecFlex, is a FlexLink equivalent aluminum extrusion conveyor. This flexible platform is perfect for moving products seamlessly around the plant and even between floors of your building. Available in various sizes to accommodate different product dimensions, TecFlex also comes in stainless steel for washdown scenarios.
Our second type is the Modular Flat Belt Conveyor, designed in-house for moving scrap from your machines into our high-efficiency granulators. This versatile conveyor features a modular design that allows for custom dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit for your space. Whether you need an incline, a flat setup, or a combination of both, this conveyor can be adapted to meet your specifications. Controlled by a variable speed drive, it allows scrap to cool before entering the grinder. Additionally, an integrated metal detector protects your grinder and regrind from contamination, making the Modular Flat Belt Conveyor a comprehensive solution to optimize your process.
